Given today’s global compliance and regulatory environment, we regularly perform valuation services for management reporting in accordance with ASC (FASB Accounting Standards Codification) and tax reporting purposes under Internal Revenue Code Section 1060 and IRC Section 338, Certain Stock Purchases Treated as Asset Acquisitions. Our appraisal reports comply with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).
