Over the past 15 years, Mr. McMahon has demonstrated his comprehensive experience and effectiveness in providing valuation advisory services to public and closely-held businesses across multiple industries, as well as in providing analytical support, expert testimony services, and litigation support in tax matters, mergers, and acquisitions, bankruptcies, and shareholder disputes throughout the country and internationally.

Mr. Scott McMahon, ASA, MRICS is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers designated in the discipline of Business Valuation and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. McMahon earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Rider University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stockton University.
